Automatically syncs events with "OOO", "Out of Office", "Vacation", "Leave", or "PTO" in the title or description to your team calendars. Events that only occur on weekends are ignored.
Works directly within Google Calendar with an intuitive setup process to select which team calendars should receive your OOO events.
Choose between manual sync with detailed results or automatic background sync every 6 hours (configurable).

Install Team Availability Sync from the Google Workspace Marketplace directly to your Google Calendar.
Open the add-on from Google Calendar's side panel and select which team calendars should display your OOO events.
Create events in your personal calendar with "OOO", "Out of Office", "Vacation", "Leave", or "PTO" in the title or description. Events that only occur on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are ignored and will not be synced.
The add-on automatically syncs your OOO events to selected team calendars, keeping everyone informed of your availability.
